The competition is designed to simulate a trial situation in the International Criminal Court, where participants try to answer complaints in a virtual case (relevant to International Humanitarian Law) as prosecution lawyers or as defense attorneys.
Instructed by Professor Qiao Yifu, Peking University team was led by Su Shirui, with other two members--Jin Yuanyuan and Jiang Wanghao. They have fully prepared for the competition and thus have shown rich knowledge and excellent debate skills. Moreover, their remarkable ability of analysis, their professional performance, and their accuracy in response to the questions were also highly praised.
