China’s annual national college entrance exams, known as Gaokao, ended on Sunday after two tough days for students. Close to 9.4 million high-schoolers took part in the exams.
For the exam takers, the pressure is high - the results determine which university they will enter, if they get a place at all. CCTV’s Grace Brown spoke to five first-year college students at Peking University to find out how they remember the experience, one year on.
