In order to award their contributions to environmental protection, the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo awarded them the title of “Image Ambassador of 2010 Expo Star.”

After the ceremony, the World Expo Star Selection & the 2010 Expo College Students’ Creative Contest for Environmental Protection, supported by Coca-Cola Company, would be started immediately around the colleges in China. The theme of the contest is “Little change to create new wonder in the city”, which is to expand the Expo 2010 Shanghai China’s theme: “Better city, better life.” They want to encourage the college students to release their passion, and create a better future for the cities’ harmonious development by their creativity.

According to the organizers, there will be 200 students selected as the “World Expo Star” to spread the theme of Expo 2010 Shanghai China in the end of May. They will also be invited to visit the exposition districts during the period of the Expo 2010. In the meantime, their works will have the opportunities to be exhibited in the Coca-Cola Company’s hall.
